Off-Plan & New Launches

Off-Plan, Without the Guesswork

Launch pricing and payment plans make off-plan compelling. Developer selection and timing make it safe. We bring you both sides of that equation.

Why Off-Plan

What Draws Smart Money to New Launches

I

Launch Pricing

Early allocations are typically priced to move — the developer’s incentive to build momentum becomes your entry advantage.

II

Staged Payments

Payment plans spread over construction — and sometimes beyond handover — let you control a premium asset with disciplined outlay.

III

The Newest Product

Today’s launches carry the amenities, layouts and efficiency ratings tomorrow’s tenants will expect — and pay for.

IV

Growth Runway

Buying into a district before it matures is how many UAE fortunes in property were made. The key is choosing the right district.

Our Discipline

We Say No to Most Launches. That’s the Point.

Every week brings a new launch and a new commission cheque for whoever pushes it. We work the other way around: we vet, then we recommend — and plenty never makes it past our desk.

Developer track record: delivery history, build quality, handover punctuality
Payment plan analysis: what you pay, when, and what protects you
Escrow and registration checks on every project we present
Exit thinking from day one: who buys or rents this from you later, and why

Off-Plan Questions, Answered Straight

Is off-plan safe in the UAE?
The regulatory framework has matured enormously — off-plan payments in Dubai flow through regulated escrow accounts tied to construction progress. Risk today is mostly about choosing the right developer and project, which is exactly where we earn our keep.
Can I sell before handover?
In most projects yes — assignments (resales before completion) are common once a threshold of the payment plan is met, subject to developer consent and fees. If an early exit might matter to you, we factor that into project selection from the start.
What happens if a project is delayed?
Delays happen, and contracts set out remedies and compensation mechanics. Part of our vetting is precisely this: examining the developer’s delivery history and the contract’s protections before you sign, not after.
